Run SmartCity or MathAI in your city

The International AI Committee licenses its flagship conference brands to local organisers on the ENIGMA platform. Three operating models, real revenue share, and no upfront cost for founding cities — you earn from the tickets and sponsorships you build, paid as they're collected.

01The offer in one line

We provide a recognised brand, the technical platform, the playbook and our audience. You provide local sponsors, ticket sales and the room. You keep the majority of what you generate — and we never ask you for money up front.

Why no upfront fee works: all payments route through ENIGMA first (IAIC issues the invoices on its UAE entity). Your commission is released from collected revenue, as it arrives — so a sponsor closed in month one pays you in month one. We carry the brand and platform risk; you carry the city. This activates organisers who want a title, a network and uncapped upside rather than a retainer.

02Three operating models

Pick the model that fits your ambition and your city. Most chairs start with a satellite and grow into a full edition.

Satellite Forum

A one-day branded forum or track in your city — often on the side of a bigger local event. Low risk, fast to stand up, proves the market.

Licensed Partner

An established local operator runs the edition end-to-end under licence, on the ENIGMA rails, with IAIC quality oversight on programme + headline sponsors.

* Brand-licence fee applies only to the licensed-partner model and is waivable for a launch city. Satellite and founding full editions carry no licence fee.

Paid as collected, not at the event. Founding cities get the most favourable split. One gold sponsor ($2,500–10,000) typically covers the chair's effort; upside is uncapped.

05Where we're opening — and how to start

Our flagships run in Abu Dhabi (SmartCity, December 2026 · MathAI, March 2027). Franchise editions are opening now, with Dubai as the first satellite — and your city next. Founding chairs get the best terms and hands-on launch support.
